1. Scope
These terms govern access to and use of the public website operated under the SenDevo brand, including its product information, resources and enquiry forms. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
These are website terms. They do not replace an accepted quotation, licence, statement of work, service-level agreement, support agreement, data-processing agreement or other contract between SenDevo and a customer. If a commercial agreement conflicts with these website terms, the commercial agreement controls for that engagement.
2. SenDevo offering
SenDevo presents deployable products and engineering services for operational environments, including:
- offline map delivery, routing and geospatial infrastructure;
- IoT, device, telemetry and operational workflow engineering;
- custom device, edge, API and enterprise-system integration;
- solution architecture, software engineering, modernization, deployment and lifecycle support.
Product capabilities, supported environments, geographic coverage, delivery scope and commercial terms depend on the applicable configuration and written agreement.
3. Enquiries, demonstrations and quotations
Submitting a form does not itself create a contract or guarantee availability, delivery dates, coverage, compatibility or pricing. Website responses, demonstrations and quotations are informational or preliminary unless the document expressly states otherwise.
A binding engagement begins only when the relevant parties accept a written agreement through the method stated in that agreement. Each party remains responsible for reviewing technical assumptions, dependencies, customer-provided information and acceptance criteria before signature.
4. Permitted website use
You may browse the website and use its forms for legitimate business communication. You must not:
- interfere with the website, hosting infrastructure or security controls;
- attempt unauthorized access, probing, scraping or automated extraction that materially burdens the service;

5. Intellectual property
The website, its visual identity, copy, diagrams, software demonstrations and product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belong to SenDevo or the relevant licensors. No product licence or right to deploy SenDevo software is granted by viewing the website.
Customer ownership, licences, background technology, deliverables, open-source components and permitted use are defined in the relevant commercial agreement.
6. Website information and availability
SenDevo aims to keep website information accurate and available, but the website may contain errors, become temporarily unavailable or change without notice. Diagrams and descriptions may illustrate an architecture or capability rather than a guaranteed production configuration.
Do not rely on the public website as the sole basis for safety-critical, mission-critical, procurement or deployment decisions. Confirm relevant requirements in writing with SenDevo.
7. External links and third-party material
The website may link to third-party websites or reference third-party software, data or standards. Those resources remain subject to their own terms and are not controlled by SenDevo. A reference does not imply endorsement or a warranty of continuing availability.
8. Data and confidentiality
Website personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit credentials, production secrets, export-controlled information, sensitive personal data or confidential datasets through a public enquiry form. If protected information is needed for a project, the parties should agree on an appropriate transfer and confidentiality process.
9. Liability
Liability relating to a paid product, licence or engineering engagement is governed by the applicable agreement and mandatory law. For the public website, SenDevo is responsible in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is not legally permitted.
10. Governing framework and changes
These website terms are governed by German law to the extent legally permitted. Any mandatory consumer, jurisdiction or conflict-of-law protections remain unaffected. Commercial agreements may contain their own governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions.
SenDevo may revise these terms when the website or legal framework changes. The revision date shown above identifies the current version.
