1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the public SenDevo website and the business enquiry forms available on it. SenDevo develops deployable geospatial and IoT products and provides architecture, engineering, integration and deployment services for operational environments.

Customer systems, offline deployments, device telemetry and project data are not automatically collected through this public website. Where SenDevo processes personal data during a customer engagement, the applicable quotation, contract or data-processing agreement defines the parties' roles and responsibilities.

3. Personal data we process

Enquiries and business communication

When you use a contact, project, quotation or demo form, we process the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this can include your name, work email, organization, phone number, selected product or service, deployment context, geography, expected scale, integrations, timeline, availability and message.

Technical access data

When the website is delivered, the hosting and network infrastructure may process standard request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested resource, referring page, browser or device information and response status. This data is used to deliver and secure the website and diagnose technical faults.

Browser storage and consent choices

The site stores your consent preferences and their date in your browser. A short-lived session-storage value may also be used to complete navigation to a requested section. See the Cookie Policy for the current storage inventory.

This public website does not currently provide user registration, customer accounts or online payment checkout.

4. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to enquiries and preparing requested quotations or demonstrations: steps requested before entering into a contract and, where applicable, SenDevo's legitimate interest in business communication.
  • Delivering, operating and securing the website: SenDevo's legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure public website.
  • Maintaining consent choices: compliance with applicable privacy requirements and the storage of choices necessary to provide the requested preference function.
  • Complying with legal obligations: where records must be retained or disclosed under applicable law.

Optional analytics or functional technologies, if introduced, will only be activated on the basis described in the consent interface and Cookie Policy.

5. Recipients and service providers

Access is limited to people and providers who need the information for the purposes above. This may include SenDevo personnel, website hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery providers, and professional advisers where required. SenDevo does not sell personal data or use enquiry information for third-party advertising.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, SenDevo will use an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards where required. This notice will be updated when provider categories or international-transfer arrangements materially change.

6. Retention

Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed to respond, develop a potential engagement, document the communication and meet applicable legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the production infrastructure's security and operational settings. Browser consent preferences remain on your device until they are replaced or cleared.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future.

Send a request to info@sendevo.de. SenDevo may request information needed to verify your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, including the Berlin data-protection authority where it is competent.

8. Security and updates

SenDevo applies technical and organizational measures appropriate to the website and enquiry process. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

This policy may be updated when the website, providers or processing activities change. The current revision date is shown at the top of the page.
